The Origin

Santa Teresa, Cusco is one of Peru’s most exciting coffee-growing regions. Located high in the Peruvian Andes, farms reach elevations of 2,300 meters (7,545 feet) where cool temperatures, cloud forests, abundant rainfall, and mineral-rich soils produce ideal growing conditions for specialty Arabica coffee. The slow maturation of coffee cherries creates coffees known for their sweetness, balance, and complexity while preserving the unique characteristics of each variety. Behind every shipment are more than 150 coffee-growing families dedicated to sustainable farming and producing coffees that reflect the remarkable terroir of their region.
